Indeed you can. In post, you would put the dropper (pick white balance tool) on green foliage in sunlight, and you should achieve the same result. This is helpful if you forget to set Custom White Balance in the camera. The downside is, you have yucky red images on your LCD and in your catalog until you take care of this in post. I find it much more inspiring in the field to view 720nm in all of its glory. Thanks for your question!
